Shipping policy

Please allow 5-7  business days for order processing and 4-5 business days for shipping depending on the location and shipping method chosen. 

Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

At House of Isis, we are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and delivered accurately. To help avoid any issues, we ask all customers to carefully review their shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@houseofisis.co. While we will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order ships, we cannot guarantee updates once the order has been processed.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped:

1. Delivery to Incorrect Address: Unfortunately, we are unable to retrieve packages once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
2. Contacting the Carrier: You may be able to redirect or recover the package by contacting the shipping carrier directly.
3. Replacement Options: If the package cannot be recovered, we may offer a replacement or a discounted reorder at our discretion. Shipping costs will apply.
